As a certified Organic and Biodynamic producer, Avondale specialises in handcrafted premium wines that authentically reflect their natural surroundings. The estate spans 13 distinct soil types, each vinified in its own one-hectare block, giving precision at the farming level that carries through into the cellar. A state-of-the-art underground gravity-flow cellar minimises mechanical intervention, letting the fruit arrive in tank on its own weight. Each Avondale wine originates from certified organic vineyards where slow winemaking practices guide production.
